At Anothermidnight, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or was incorrectly described.
Defective or Incorrectly Described Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described on our website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at anothermidnight6@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your case.
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- A replacement of the same item
- Store credit for the value of the item
- A full refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items All other items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
